One Year Warranty
With each home we sell, Wolfe Development provides a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials, a two-year systems warranty, and a 10-year structural warranty. Each purchaser receives a Homeowner’s Manual to explain maintenance and warranties on their new home. Our dedicated customer service personnel are happy to help!
