Where can I find available rental properties?

When will you know if a unit is becoming available?

We typically know about 30 days in advance when a unit is scheduled to become available.

Can I apply for a unit before it’s vacant?

No. We do not accept applications for units until they have been vacated.

How long can you hold a unit once I’m approved?

If your application is approved, we can hold a unit for up to 2 weeks. You must sign your lease in person within that time. Your lease begins the day you sign.

Who needs to apply?

Anyone 18 years or older who will live in the apartment must submit an application and be listed on the lease.

How is occupancy determined?

Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom. Anyone 18 months or older counts toward the occupancy limit.

What is the application fee?

The application fee is $40 per person and is nonrefundable.

What is your pet policy?

We allow cats and dogs that are non-aggressive breeds and weigh 40 pounds or less (combined for both pets). Up to 2 pets are allowed per apartment. Reptiles are not allowed. Please review our full pet policy here.

When is rent due?

Rent is always due on the first day of each month, regardless of your move-in date. Your first month’s rent will be prorated.

What is due at lease signing?

At lease signing, you must pay your first month’s rent, your security deposit, and any applicable pet fees. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is refundable when you move out.

Do you offer deposit-free options?

Yes! Qualified renters can now move in without paying a security deposit through Obligo. Ask us for details.

Do you accept rental assistance vouchers?

No. We do not accept any kind of rental assistance vouchers.
